Cancellation of registration must be submitted in writing via email to firstname.lastname@example.org and must be dated on or before 5 PM MST on February 16, 2024, to receive a refund (less a $50 USD registration cancellation processing fee). No refunds will be granted after February 16th, 2024. No refunds for no-shows.
All reservations are required to be canceled with a 72 hour notice. All cancellations must be processed through the hotel, Entrata is unable to assist in hotel cancellations.
Participant replacements by a business colleague or co-worker will be accepted. Substitutions after February 16, 2024 are subject to a fee of $75. Please email email@example.com with the name and contact details for your substitute.
