How much is conference registration?

What's included in registration?
  • Access to all training courses, keynotes, and networking events
  • User Lab / Demo access throughout the conference

How will I know if my registration is confirmed?
Your online registration will be confirmed via email once you register. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please contact us at events@entrata.com. Please note your conference seat is not reserved until we receive full payment for your registration.
Does registration include travel expenses & hotel accommodations?
Travel and hotel costs are not included in the conference registration fee and are the responsibility of each participant.
Is my registration transferable?
Registration transfers will be allowed at no cost through February 8, 2027. To complete the process, please fill out this form. If you have any questions, email events@entrata.com.
What if I need to cancel my registration? Can I get a refund?
Cancellation of registration must be submitted in writing via email to events@entrata.com and must be dated on or before 5 P.M. MST on February 8, 2027 to receive a refund (less a $50 USD processing fee). Refunds will not be granted after February 8, 2027. No refunds for conference no-shows.

Hotel cancellations must be processed through the hotel.

Where will the conference be held?
Entrata Base Camp will be held at the Aria Resort & Casino in Las Vegas, NV, on March 9-11, 2027.
How should I dress?
Suggested dress code for all conference functions is business casual.

Travel / Accommodations

How do I book my hotel room?
The conference will take place at the Aria Resort & Casino, where Entrata has secured a special discounted rate for attendees. You can book your stay here.

*Reservations must be made online on or before February 8th, 2027. Please note that the room block may sell out prior to the deadline; rooms are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
What time is hotel check-in/check-out?
Hotel check-in begins at 3 P.M. Check-out is at 11 A.M.
Can I cancel my hotel reservation?
Hotel Cancellation Policy: All hotel cancellations must be processed directly through the hotel and completed no later than 72 hours prior to check-in. Cancellations made after this deadline will result in a penalty of one night's room rate and tax. Entrata cannot make exceptions to this policy.
When should I plan to arrive? Fly home?
Please arrive on the afternoon of Monday, March 8th.

We suggest departing after 6 P.M. on Thursday, March 11th or anytime on Friday, March 12th.
What airport should I fly into when I arrive?
The Harry Reid International Airport is the closest airport to the Aria Resort & Casino (2.3 miles - 7 to 10 minute drive).
How do I get from the airport to the hotel?
Rideshare
‍Uber and Lyft both pick up at LAS airport.

‍Rental car
‍A number of rental car companies are available at Harry Reid International Airport Including National, Avis, Enterprise, Hertz, and more.
