HOW WILL I KNOW IF MY REGISTRATION IS CONFIRMED?
Your online registration will be confirmed with an email message at the time you register. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please contact us at events@entrata.com. Your conference seat is not reserved until we receive full payment for your registration.
DOES REGISTRATION INCLUDE TRAVEL EXPENSES & HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS?
Travel and hotel costs are not included in conference registration and are the responsibility of each conference participant.
IS MY REGISTRATION TRANSFERABLE?
Registration substitutions will be allowed at no cost through February 25, 2025. To complete the process, the registration replacement must complete the full registration form through a written request. Please email events@entrata.com for more information.
WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL MY REGISTRATION? CAN I GET A REFUND?
Cancellation of registration must be submitted in writing via email to events@entrata.com and must be dated on or before 5 P.M. MST on February 25, 2025 to receive a refund (less a $50 USD processing fee). Refunds will not be granted after February 25, 2025. No refunds for conference no-shows.

Hotel cancellations must be processed through the hotel.

Where will the conference be held?
Entrata Base Camp will be held at the Omni Dallas Hotel in Dallas, TX, on March 18-20, 2025.
How should I dress?
Suggested dress for all conference functions is business casual.

TRAVEL / ACCOMMODATIONS

How do I book my hotel room?
The conference will take place at the Omni Dallas, please return to your registration confirmation to book your room. Click on the "Already Registered" button and login with your email and confirmation number.

Reservations must be made online on or before February 25, 5:00 p.m. CT. Please note that there is a possibility the room block will sell out prior to the deadline, rooms are first come, first serve.
Can I get a discounted rate on my hotel room?
Entrata has made special arrangements for a rate of $269 per night with the Omni Dallas.
What time is hotel check-in/check-out?
Hotel check-in begins at 4 P.M. on Monday, March 17th. Check-out is at 11 A.M. on Friday, March 21st.
Can I cancel my hotel reservation?
Hotel Cancellation Policy: All hotel cancellations must be processed through the hotel and must be completed no later than 72 hours prior to check-in. Cancellations that occur after this deadline will result in a penalty of one night's room and tax. Entrata is not able to offer exceptions to this policy.
When should I plan to arrive? Fly home?
Please arrive on the afternoon of Monday, March 17th.

Depart anytime after 6PM on Thursday, March 20th or Friday, March 21st.
What airport should I fly into when I arrive?
Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport: 18 miles/25 minutes

Dallas Love Field: 7 miles/10 minutes
How do I get from the airport to the hotel?
Dart Light Rail, taxi service, rideshare, or rent a car.
Can I park my car at the hotel?
